We're here for your real estate business because we are THE real estate nerds for Florida real estate investors: tax deeds, evictions, foreclosure auctions, writs, unlawful detainers, quiet titles, missed mortgages, re-foreclosures, landlord bankruptcy defense...
We understand that real estate investors work day and night finding the right deal to provide for their families and achieve the freedom of business ownership, that's why most of our business comes from established customers and referrals.
We believe educated investors are more successful, thats why we have a YouTube channel with over a hundred videos on rentals, tax deeds, foreclosures, and bankruptcy defense found here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCK4V2_St6w06XDUOJJOXMxw, created a book on Florida Tax Deeds https://www.amazon.com/TAX-DEEDS-MASTERING-POSSESSION-MARKETABILITY-ebook/dp/B08DQ793QN/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=natalia+ouellette&qid=1597761120&s=books&sr=1-1 and frequently update our clients on the latest news, proposed laws, and legal changes that impact their business.
We also offer a 9 week course to new investors that teaches them how to run a real estate business.

Who we are:
We're not here to serve everybody. We will not meet in a stuffy office with brown furniture and weird art. We're here for complex legal analysis. We're here for detailed research of your title, business, and estate plan needs. We're here to handle your lien, possession, and marketability legal needs. We're here to give you pragmatic, comprehensive, and vital legal strategies. And we do it all virtually.
Rules for Clients:
We require you to be familiar with technology like email, Zoom, online portals, and the telephone. Our attorneys do not take unscheduled phone calls. We do not provide free legal advice, we do not schedule free consultations, and we will not "take a quick look" at anything. Quick looks result in quick mistakes! We expect you to respond to emails promptly, show up to scheduled meetings on time, and be respectful with all of our team. We require all payments in advance and replenishment of retainers before any further representation. In return, you will receive superb legal representation by a team of devoted nerds.
We're selective about the clients we take on and just as selective about what we litigate. We reserve the right to decline your case and decline to take you on as a client. Even if we do not take you as a client, we will maintain communications you had with our office confidential unless necessary to protect our business. We reserve the right to terminate your representation if you do not comply with our Rules.
At LCO Law, we don't venture into divorce, car accident law, or criminal law. We're focused on serving Florida Real Estate Investors and it shows in the quality of our work and the depth of our knowledge. Our attorneys help investors in Central and North Florida with Tax Deed actions to quiet the title, Commercial Evictions and Residential Evictions to remove holdover tenants, tenants who have stopped paying rent, or tenants that have breached their lease terms.
We represent property owners in Partitions, bidders in Foreclosure Sale Bid Litigation, third party bidders in Middle District of Florida Bankruptcy challenges to foreclosure auctions, foreclosure bidders with their writs of possession in foreclosure matters, Florida real estate investors with their unlawful detainer suits to remove unauthorized occupants from investment properties, and more.
Whether you are in Tampa, Wesley Chapel, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Bartow, Lakeland, Hudson, New Port Richey, Zephyrhills, Dade City, Brandon, Orlando, Sarasota, Inverness, Trinity, Odessa, Lutz, Floral City, Homosassa, Spring Hill, Brooksville, Ocala, Gainesville, Jacksonville, Destin, Panama City, Lake City, Pensacola, Winter Park, Winter Haven, Mount Dora, Apopka, Lake Mary, Bradenton, Ocoee, New Smyrna Beach, Tavares, or Plant City, we can help you regain your time and your sanity with real estate title challenges (quiet titles, missed mortgages, tax deeds, partition, wild deeds, and more) and with real estate possession challenges (writs, evictions, unlawful detainer, ejectment, and more).
