For disputes involving boundary lines, easements, access to landlocked parcels, challenges to title, objections and refunds in foreclosure, plaintiff foreclosure representation, lease litigation outside of evictions and similar matters, our rate ranges between $250.00 per hour to $350.00 per hour.
We encourage parties to work together for a resolution through the entire litigation process to minimize legal fees and costs, in addition to preserving the business reputation of our clients.
For litigation cases, we make clear the strength and weaknesses of our clients’ cases throughout the entire process. We find that honest communication achieves better results for our clients.
Hourly Rate for Letters, Contract Drafting, and Review – Communication is key
The accurate review and drafting of your real estate documents requires attention to detail. We will communicate our knowledge and expertise on the documents relevant to your transaction after careful review of all pertinent details. The rate for this professional service is $250.00 per hour to $300.00 per hour.

Retainers $2500.00-$3500.00 for uncontested proceedings.
*Note – Defense in countersuits is litigation and will be billed at an hourly rate.
